Let’s talk about gifts. This season is full of special events, where we will spend our time with loved ones. As with many things, marketing and advertisement have turned these events into major consumerist activities. We tend to buy things we don’t need even more during December. So therefore, I’d like to introduce you to some cute, sustainable and loving items to gift instead.
1. Amaranthine skin care
This super cute box has my favourite products in it. The face oil and the cleansing balm. Both are absolutely magical. Ever since I’ve started using this, which is since before summer, my skin improved tremendously. Read my full review here.

2. GLDN jewellery
Jewellery can say more than a thousand words. Okay, maybe I’m exaggerating. However, I do looove a good piece of jewellery. My favourite items are long necklaces and classy earrings, like the ones above. GLDN produces fairly and sustainably. Read more about them in this blog post. And get 5$ off with code MYSLOWWORLD site wide.

3. The Lingerist lingerie
Lingerie can definitely make you feel better. As long as it’s sexy, comfortable and non-toxic. So when you’re looking for sustainable gift ideas, you could definitely think of sustainable lingerie. I have multiple sets from The Lingerist and I love them. You can read a full blog post about them here. And if you’d like to order from them, you can use code MYSLOWWORLD to get 10% off site wide.

4. Pura Utz fruity accessories
I came across Pura Utz a couple of months ago. Their super cute designs impressed me immediately. So when I saw them in a store in Copenhagen, I was so happy. Everything is made with love in Guatemala and you can see that in everything. The coloured items are perfect to brighten up your winter and they’ll work great as a gift too. Read more about Pura Utz here.

5. Everlane cosy sweaters
You know I love Everlane. And you know I love cosiness. Ever since I’ve received my super comfy and cosy alpaca sweater, I’ve been wearing it. It matches everything and I receive so many compliments. This gift will definitely be appreciated, maybe so much that you want one yourself as well.

6. Filippa K gift card
With items from Filippa K, you can’t go wrong. It’s timeless, stunning quality and something you can wear year after year. Half my boyfriend’s wardrobe comes from Filippa K, and I too have some items. Especially my high waist trousers were a great investment.

7. Henriette von Grünberg hair accessories
The cutest hair bands and bows, all made with love from natural materials such as silk and cotton. The materials are sourced from leftover materials, which makes this gift extra sustainable. I have a hair band in white silk and a black velvet bow. I think it’s perfect for this greyish time of the year, to make your winter outfit a little special.
